What is Our Role?
On ECHA's web page it says: "Companies that are not established in the EU have no obligations under REACH and cannot pre-register and register. However, a non-EU manufacturer of substances, preparations or articles whose products are imported into the EU can appoint an Only Representative. The Only Representative will then carry out the REACH obligations including pre-registration linked to the imported substances."
The company PulRon GmbH has been appointed by Pulver Kimya to act as ‘Only Representive’ under the EU REACH regulation and providing information amongst distributors and customers. The ‘Only Representative’ information has been cooperated with our EU customers. PulRon GmbH provides connection between our European customers and ECHA (European Chemicals Agency). Click on the link for related letter (Only Representative PulRon GmbH). Pre-registration of our substances to ECHA has been fulfilled. Consequently, export to EU has been guaranteed by 2010.
